This is essential in supporting you to achieve your health goals towards reaching optimal health and wellness.

Please note that the frequency of consultations is highly individual and dependent on your personal health status and health goals.

Follow up consultations involve:

Progress review of individualised treatment

Analysis of any relevant test results (i.e. blood tests, functional testing)

Amendments to your treatment plan and prescription depending on any new clinical findings​
